We mapped a few different types of users, including those who are very familiar with the web3 universe and are looking to increase their crypto earnings, and those who may not know much about it but are very interested in improving their sustainable impact.
Not being previously familiar with the Web3 universe, having a discovery phase was key to understanding our client’s needs. We took a few weeks to immerse ourselves in the crypto universe and start learning about all the concepts that it contains.
THINGS WE DID
After we had completed our discovery phase, it was time to start thinking about how to shape the product. We conducted different sessions with the client’s team to set their goals and objectives, align expectations among them and have a clear vision of the key features VeBetterDAO should have.
Once we had a first approach to an architecture and some features mapped, we started wireframing the platform, including some key screens like a dashboard, a list of apps and allocation voting.
We worked closely with a branding designer on VeBetterDAO’s visual assets, and once the wireframes were validated and approved, we started working on the final designs of the screens.
We wanted the app to feel modern and fresh, respecting some crypto standards but also adding elements that would be eye-catching for new users.

The results have proven to be successful, with over two million completed transactions through the platform since VeBetterDAO released!
VeChain invited our team to work on them during a full week in Dublin, Ireland, previous to the release of the full version of the product. We were able to conduct different exercises with the whole team and gather very useful insights.
We were later also invited to VeChain's annual event, The Hive, during the which VeBetterDAO would be released in mainnet. It took place in San Francisco.
